Legal Defense
DPC maintains a vigorous legal defense program, seeking and pursuing opportunities to vindicate patient rights in the courts. Some of these lawsuits hold the government to account when making regulations at the expense of kidney patients, especially when it does not follow proper procedures. Others enforce kidney patients’ rights to be free from discriminatory insurance treatment.
